Step 1: Click on the "Tracking Order" or "Hebecares" on an Order Confirmation email or a Shipping Confirmation email sent to your email.
Step 2: Set up password to access the Hebecares Help Center.
Step 3: If your order is in the shipping process, select "Shipping".
- Click on the product, you will then be taken to an overview of your order's shipping info.
- Click on the "Tracking link" to see the shipment updates.
Note: Order status shows real-time updates as the status of the shipment changes. The delays might happen sometimes during shipments. If no updates in the tracking number within 15 days, please contact our Hebecares Agents for further support Here.
